Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with HONG KONG ZHONGJIN GOLD LIMITED.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for return, goods must be unused, unopened, kept in original packaging and in resellable condition.
Return Process:
1. Send an email to ang@imrtrading.com to submit your return request.
2. We will review your request and send return instructions once approved.
3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refund Arrangement:
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exclusions: Customized items, clearance goods and sale products cannot be returned.
