BUYING PROCESS

Selection & preview
About two weeks before each sale, catalogues are mailed out and e-catalogues go online for prospective bidders to browse.

Preview & inspection
Inspect lots in person during the preview. The company gives no warranty as to the authenticity or condition of any lot; all lots are sold as viewed.

Paddle registration documents
Register on site with valid identification, or complete online verification, to obtain a bidding paddle.

Deposit & paddle collection
Pay the deposit stated in the sale notice; it is refunded within 5 business days if you buy nothing.

Bidding in the room & absentee
Bid in the room with your paddle, or apply for telephone or absentee bidding subject to approval of your deposit.

Settlement & collection
Sign the confirmation, settle the purchase price (hammer price plus commission), then collect the lot or arrange shipping.

Invoicing
Invoices must be requested within the month of settlement; the purchaser name must match the registered bidder name.

如竞投者临时不能出席拍卖会，可申请电话委托竞投或定价委托竞投。 请填写下方信息，或下载《委托竞投授权书》填写后提交。 经财务部门审核保证金后视为有效委托。
常见问题
如何参与拍卖？
请携带有效身份证件在拍卖当日提前 30 分钟到场办理竞买登记，或按拍卖公告指引完成线上登记。
未竞得拍品，保证金如何退还？
拍卖结束后，未成交竞买人的保证金将于 5 个工作日内原路退回。
拍品可以预展现场查看吗？
可以。各专场预展时间与地点见「拍卖中心」对应专场的详情页。
如何办理提货？
付清全部购买价款后，凭提货单与身份证件办理提货。大件拍品可代办包装、运输与保险。
